[no Bug] No TV or TVGuide (1 Viewer)

I did a clean install (after an uninstall of the previous Stable Release) everything works fine except now I have no TV and no TV-Guide. The TV-Server setup shows all my channels (analog tv) just fine and the preview works. The xmltv plugin shows that it imported the shows correctly.

What's going on?
I have attached the logs, the mediaportal.log shows a weird exception thrown right about when I enter the TV module in MP.

Update #1: Has nothing to do with the skin.
Update #2: Removed all the channels and rescanned. Still the same.
Update #3: Ran MediaPortal Debug mode - same problem, same exception thrown. Attached new logs.

The first log file attached is from trying to click on the the TV-Guide (lots of errors there) and the second log is when trying to click on "Channel", just to see the channels (empty list comes up there).

[System: Windows XP, SP3, Hauppauge PVR-150].

    Your logs are full of errors and third party plugins; these are not clean logs collected using Debug Mode. Please read the guidelines and post clean logs else this thread will be deleted.

    I apologize. New logs attached, created through MediaPortal Debug (problem persists).

    Ok logs still full of errors but easier to read :) Errors are all to do with TV client connecting to TV Service.

    I take it you can open up TV Config ok?

    Can you restart TV service and check you are still getting this error. (also worth checking for any anti-virus / firewall as they have been known to interfere with this connection in the past)

    1) Restarted TV Service, same problem.
    2) When I go to TV config and go to Manual Control, I can do Timeshifting and Record and everything works fine (the recording looks good, everything is 100%).
    3) No antivirus and no firewall installed.

    I completely removed MediaPortal with all the folders and then reinstalled. Everything works fine now.
    So all-in-all, I didn't find what the problem was, but it's working now after a fresh install and many wasted hours...
