No views in MP Configuration (1 Viewer)

I have installed RC1.0 refresh from scratch (after uninstalling all previous MP versions) and couldn't find the panels to customize views (Music, Movies). Even after installing the latest SVN, they still don't appear. What could cause this? Logs and config files attached.
