Hi,
I have just loaded and set-up Media Portal.
I have an S Video input into a Hauppauge capture card.
I have connected an old video camera to it and playing the tape, I get a band of large colour and black strips accross the bottom of the video display.
I get the same band even with the S Video cable disconnected.
I have tried changing the settings from PAL B up through the other PAL options.
Is there some other settings that I need to look at?

Restart after changing to PAL G fixed it
