Noob Question - Autostart a Playlist (1 Viewer)

Hi guys,

First of all thanks for keeping this wonderfull bit of kit open source. I downloaded it a week ago and now have a specific box for it in my office. Will definitely donate when I have a few bucks to spare.

I have a very nooby question and I am sure I am being sill to not have been able to work it out but a little help often goes a long long way. :sorry:

I have worked out how the plugins etc work and everything else and it all seems really great.
I have one small need / want that I just can't seem to achieve.

In short, I am running media portal as a scheduled task for when I come into my home office in the morning. I want it to start the default playlist without clicking any buttons because the machine I have my music on doesn't have any controls (kb, mouse remote etc)

Is there a way when the program starts to load the default playlist and play it ?

I use Onebuttonmusic to start different play-lists with the numbers 1-5 on my HTPC from the home screen.
you can also set a default playlist or random music on startup

Awesome,

The autostart feature doesn't seem to work however I just set the idle start to 5 secs and thats good enough.

I feel this may be counter productive since I am now looking at the display on the wall now instead of working to see what songs coming next lol
