noob with AIW X800XT black screen (1 Viewer)

I have searched these forums extensively the last few days and have already resolved xmltv and "cannot load graph" errors. My AIW card is seen by MP, but all I get is a black screen during autotune. Also when trying to view a channel, I get no signal found. I have tried various frame rates and standards, all to no avail. Also set some of my channels to internal (default is external)

In my configuration log I a few of these errors-
videocapturedevice:setstreamconfigsetting()failed no format returned
and
sinkgraphex.setupteletext():filed to find vbi pin

Is it in my setup (ie frame rate or standard or channel settings) or do I need to figure out how to mess with graphedit (no idea what it actually is, just read about it).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
