Not enough free diskspace? (1 Viewer)

Hello all,

This is my first time using MP. My problem is although I have 20GB available, when I go to mytv I get a message saying: "Not enough free diskspace". How can that be when the minimum space required is 12GB? Has anyone else had this issue? I can't find an answer.

I had the same problem cos I'm using folder redirection for my documents folder.
You need to go to the Media portal setup then Televison -> capture cards -> then select your capture card and click edit, change the folder for the recordings to some local folder like c:\capture or something like that

Thanks for your help. I had installed the program on my D: drive and assumed that everything would be created there. It works now!
