As soon as I boot/load MediaPortal, I can go in, watch TV, play a few videos, listen to music, etc etc. I can keep doing this as long as it is with regularity (watch sequential tv episodes within reasonable time of each other, etc).</p><p></p><p>However, if i leave it for and extended period <em>after</em> watching something, everything I play will fail with the "Unable to play video (codec/type) xxxxx". This is for every single video/music/whatever. TV also will not start, with a generic "Unable to start timeshifting" for all channels. But if I Alt+F4 out of MediaPortal, and load it straight back up again, its fine. Until the whole process starts again!</p><p></p><p>Quite annoying if I decide I want to leave it on overnight, as it just needs reloading again in the morning regardless.</p><p></p><p>Any ideas?</p></blockquote><p></p>
