(Click &quot;Start&quot; then &quot;Run&quot; and on the run line type: Regsvr32.exe hcwTVS.ax and click ok) Copy hcwTVSApplet to where you want to keep it i.e. your desktop or my documents. Run the hcwTVSApplet and it will be on you're system tray. Right click it and go to Device property pages select the top for tuner 1 or bottom for tuner 2 and just check LNA mode on for both tuners. After that try your TV viewing application. If you still have problems call hauppauge.
