Now and Next TV Guide - How to access it? (1 Viewer)

I accidentally pressed a wrong button on my remote control (Hauppauge 45 button) and brought up a TV guide which showed all of the channels and the 'now and next' programmes on each.

This feature is really useful but I can't find it again and have no idea how I got it in the first place. Can anybody tell me how to do it?

I was using BlueTwoWide skin at at the time.
