I found a workaround for my problem.  When I start notepad and I pressed with my remote a numeric key (for example: remote key 8 ). Then notepad was receiving an exclamation mark. 

So I've seen that the key 8 on a keyboard without SHIFT, the same is like an exclamation mark.

I simple turned on the caps lock and I tried again in MP and everything was working.

For the moment I've made a script which turned on the caps lock every time I start my MP.
