NVIDIA Shield TV (4K, Netflix, Kodi, Plex,...) (1 Viewer)

Hey guys,

I am thinking of buying a NVIDIA Shield TV. Anyone has experience with it yet?

From the specs it looks great. It supports 4K and you can also install KODI or PLEX.
However so far I could not find any confirmation that I can also use Live TV e.g. via Mediaportal TV Server or any other application with it.
Anyone having it and tried Live TV?

Also can the voice search also search Movies and TV Shows Metadata on a NAS/Network Share or is it limited to certain applications like Netflix?

Just FYI
I now bought the Shield TV during Black Friday for €159,00 with a free Remote.
Live TV with the MP1 TV Server through Kodi works like a charm. Switching channels is actually faster in the Shield compared with my MP Client. Unfortunately Voice Search does not work with the Kodi Database yet, but you can perform voice searches of your Movie, Series and Music Database if you have it indexed with Plex Media Server and connected.
