Hi,

Get occation stutter once in a while and specially on HD channels.

Running on a i920 cpu with ati 5970 gpu 6 gigs of ram, terratec h7 usb dvb-c .

Noticed when i press SHIFT +1 and look at those graphs the red bar drops every time it stutters.

see attached picture.

Anyone have any hints what could be the problem?

    Hi there,

Log files and system details/config needed.

The problem is FPS is not matching screen frequency - hence stuttering.

Lots of things could cause it - hence the need for logs and config details.

I have the same problem! And I also have a Terratec H7, DVB-C. I'm on XP SP3, MP1.0.2, ATI MPEG Video Decoder and CoreAVC for HD.

anyone? is this because of the refresh rate of my computer monitor?

Refresh rate used in the monitor must be whole number multiplier of the fps of the video material that is being played. You simply cannot play 1.324 frames on a spt where one frame needs to be displayed. It is simply impossible from the mathematical point of view.
