Hey Really nice plugin, so far i've been able to set up all my older emulators like znes, gemu, and dega.

the only issues i've had are, i can't get the icons i found earlier on in the thread to appear in MP i just get a green box. And i'm not sure how to configure ePSXe to work through MP

Other than that this is a great plugin though and i'm looking forward to see how it progresses.

Game_dude: No progress on why you're having problems, sorry. The plugin is working fine in 0.2.3.0, but I do not understand why it can't open the db for you...

I haven't tried ePSXe, but wasn't there a discussion on how to configure it a few pages back?

Omen: The images should be placed in the folder MediaPortal\Thumbs\myEmulators\emulators and be named exactly (including casing) the same as the name shown in MediaPortal. Filetypes accepted are jpg, png and gif, but if you're using the images I uploaded earlier there shouldn't be any problems.

I might just end up reinstalling Windows might go for X64 this time! OhI think there was a discussion going on about ePSXe but I didn't understand it :(

Wondering how people get MAME or MAME32 set up to work with myemulators. I've got console systems working great, but MAME is a little different because it doesn't have single rom files. I'd appreciate any help! :)

Nevermind. Got it working now! Didn't know to keep the files in the .zip.

I am also having the database shuffling my ROM files, so I think I am about to play a nintendo 64 game but instead a NES game is loaded, it is really confusing. Here is a screen shot...

Any help would be awesome, I am going to go check out the Mygames plugin for Meedio, I was about to switch to Media portal from Meedio since meedio seems to be kinda dying, I am kinda torn over which one will be better for me, neither of them are coming through on the EPG TV listings (my girlfriend has a very weird TV provider right now that noone has listings for :-/, so I have to alter the channel mappings... Meedio can do it, Beyond TV cant. I hope media portal can, cause it like its TV viewing better but so far I havent got the EPG to work...) both do movies and music very nicely, so the deciding factor may be whichever can get the roms to play the coolest. Thanks!

I've been trying in vain to make this bug appear on my own computer. Can you recreate it? Is it occuring every time you add a game to an existing emulator or is always like this?

Hey Chreekar, thanks for replying! For me this happens right off the bat of adding roms, I have tried deleting the database and adding everything in at once all over again. I am adding in three systems at once, NES, SNES, and N64. At first I thought the program was confusing the simular names of the systems, so I labeled NES as Famicom and made SNES Super Nintendo and left N64 alone, but the disorder persisted. I have not tried adding only one system to see if it works with one. The computer is at my girlfriends apartment so I can send you or post all the files and do any testing you think would be helpful later tonight. Thanks again! This plugin is really cool, best I seen so far (especially since Game Ex has that dumb splash screen).
