Open programs like IE (1 Viewer)

Hi.
A newbe question.
Is there in the default installation of Mediaportal a way to get icons for my own programs, like e.g Internet Explorer.
So that I can open all cind of programs from Mediaportal. It seams that Medieportal with the default instalation can do a lot of things that you expect from a media program, but I cant find a way to link to software of my one choise.
I have searched a bit in the forum, only to find a plugin tool "My Program"that after what I understand, no longer is a integrated tool in mediaportal.

Ok, thanks.
I tested it, and i'm almost there.
I get the Internet button i create in one of the home menue.
How do I get it into the Basic Home Screen?
I know it tells in the thread you provided, but where do I find the skin editor for the default skin Blue3 or Blue3Wide, if there is one?

No skin editor for B3 & B3W. So you will have to learn the skin xml if you want it there, but that will be a very difficult task and in my opinion not worth it.

Perhaps there exist a well function and nice looking skin with an editor that I can use?
Any suggestions?

The easiest skin to alter the basic homescreen is Black and White (1080P), or Indigo/Monochrome (720p).

There is a good documentation on how to alter the BHS in the skin DL.
