General:
The default skins better fittings and style.
Detailed:
- On all layer display.
- Always on screen, like MUTED.
- Use the same style, like VOLUME status bar, may use, the video status bar (timeline)'s style.
- Every layer (TV, VIDEO, DVD) use same positioned GUI, like info, status bar, channel info......
- Group same GUI, like hour, record notification, muted, date, etc... Which still same position on all layers. Be volume bar, movie status bar are same position.
Channel info, DVD langauage at same place, and don't open new square for DVD subtitles and/or langauage, it's useless....
The new outfit, may made easier usage, and perform a more pro feeling.
