(Option to ) see only viewable channels (1 Viewer)

It should be easy to give the user the option to see only channels that can actually be viewed at the current time.

- If a client has a certain source in use, mark that source as 'leased' and mark his transponder as 'selected'.

Now query for channels that are:

- assigned to a source AND
- not leased by another client OR
- leased by another client AND on a selected transponder

Currently i have to delete channels to avoid seeing them in the EPG, regardless they are assigned to any source.
