Summary:
A way to know if the program is out of focus in dual display applications, such as fading out the program
Description:
It's simple really. I use mediaportal in dual display, where it is always open and on the secondary display, the TV.
if someone where to try and use a remote's arrow keys to control mediaportal and it didnt work because it was not in focus, then there would be no way to tell why and it would lead to assumptions of a broken remote, frozen computer and stress.
So the Solution I propose is to simply fade the application out when not in focus. That's the entirety of it.
Other visual indicators would be welcome aswell, as long as it's clear and not any drain on the system.
