I bought a HTPC barebones recently and put it together but the tuner is a AverMedia A169 PAL. I work at RadioShack so I got a pal to type F coax converter and did a scan on mediaportal and it picked up well over 100 channels on the cable but the signal on all of them is really fuzzy. I was wondering if anyone knew anything I could do or try to fix this issue.
