Have downloaded and installed MP today - great bit of software and i am sick to death of vista MCE - slow, unreliable, has a habit of dropping services over and over....</p><p></p><p>Right, this pc is an all in one tv/pc media center thingy which has been upgraded to vista. By the way if anyone is considering buying one of these 'all in ones' my opinion is DONT. get a tv and seperate pc - would have saved me so much hassle.</p><p></p><p>The PC has a built in HVR1100 tuner (analogue DVB-T i believe) and has a second Nova T Stick to provide a second tuner via usb. Main aerial feed (freeview) comes in to 1 socket in the home, this is then plugged into a 2 way amplifier and a seperate lead per tuner. Used to have both of these working on xp media center and vista media centre. for whatever reason the HVR1100 has given up and cant find new channels in mce or wintv or anything for that matter. numerous hcw clears and reinstalls of latest drivers in various orders etc havnt cleared it. Highly likely to be a hardware fault as it has been slowly dying for a while. Thats not a problem tho as rarely use more than 1 tuner. I have installed MP today and setup 1 tuner (the NOVA) and got everything working well without the 2nd (faulty) tuner getting involved.</p><p></p><p>BUT... The reason I dont want to remove this tuner is because it does have a composite input (yellow red white) which I would like to plug an Xbox into and play on the 'pc'. I can find the input in WinTV fine and run the xbox on the screen, but the WinTV software only supports 50Hz, where as most XBox games are 60Hz. So basically I can view the Xbox but not play much. Is there a way of having that composite input showing in MP in some way, at 60Hz, without the tuner interfereing with the Nova Stick/TV setup?</p><p></p><p>Can it be done?
