Sorry, This is a lot of redoing, and this option is for video, but the changes in the engine are global. Therefore, there will not be such a configuration in the configurator.
The default value is 5-95, you can change it in the skin.
Here is the test version of the library for MP 1.20.
Added new properties in: GUICoverFlow, GUIFilmstripControl, GUIListControl, GUIThumbnailPanel:
with default value:
