i have this very same problem under vista. i solved it by disabling VRM9 exclusive mode and it works like a charm. i got the hauppauge remote and it can control MP w/o having focus.try turning off vrm9 to see if it solves your problem.anyways, using this version of MP messes up the EPG for me, it gives me a blank epg screen, with the word "Label Missing". using other version of mp solves this problem but it doesn't have teh dual screen support. any ideas?
