Oops, sorry.  Yes, I use WinXP. My system specs are below.


But I have to say it's hard to see how this can be exclusively a driver problem.  I have at least two other TV programs that can scan for channels with no issues.  Also several other people with various TV cards are having the same problem even though they have the patch installed (See the link in my previous post).
