Patch; Turning TV off results in slugish GUI fixed.

    Hi!

    In relation to this problem I have found a fix;

    Did some code digging and discovered that if I suspend the thread for 10 ms in the bottom of the "Application_Idle" method then the problem is gone :)

    Problem fixed on all my multiseat clients.

    Wohooo :)



    I am not sure if this change can have any ill side effects.
    Although I did not find any.

    gemx; would you consider this change for a SVN commit ?
