PC to TV like PLEX (1 Viewer)

Hiya everyone,

Can MediaPortal be used like PLEX and stream from an interface to a Smart TV? I have PLEX now but not 100% happy with it so looking for a replacement.
I dont want to just use it on my PC as i can just run files from folders for that!

There's a MP2 plugin which turns it into a DLNA media library but it's still at an early stage of development
