philips rc197 and windows 7 problem (1 Viewer)

hi,

i have the philips rc197 remote with ovu412000/00 philips receiver and windows 7.
all is working fine except for the power button...when i press it the computer goes to sleep mode
i want it to shut down

i have checked them...
the power button is set to shutdown
the sleep button is set to sleep (i have no shutdown option) if i set this to do nothing, it does nothing when i press the button
