If I boot my system directly into Media Portal and watch TV it seems to work fine for a wile. If I go into other menu's say play a game or load the weather. Then go into the live TV the video plays fine but every 8 seconds the video freezes for about 2-3 seconds. I can close media portal and open it again. It still has the bug. The only way I can fix it is to restart the computer.
CPU usage stays minimal even while its lagging up.
I have gone through other posts in the forum in regards to applying hot fixes from Microsoft. I have also tried the codec from NVidia. Every codec seems to have the same issue.
Does anyone have any ideas of what is going on?
