(when I say Mediaportal I mean the TVServer and Mediaportal itself)
I reinstalled XP Pro on my new Samsung TB HDD. When I record TV in Mediaportal 1.0.2.0 I no longer have any deinterlacing issues. I didn't even change any settings. Last time I used Mediaportal 1.0.1.0 with deinterlacing issues. Now, when I convert videos with nero vision 4 (cut out commercials and compress video with xvid) the sound is always a few seconds behind the picutre. I updated my system specs to reflect any changes I have in hardware.
I tried uninstalling Mediaportal 1.0.2 and installing 1.0.1 I still get the same issue. When I view the original TS file, some of the audio is missing five seconds before the file ends. When I convert the TS with nero, the audio in general is behind but the missing audio from the TS file is some how recovered. I have tried using ffdshow, powerdvd9, and mpeg2 gabest as my mpeg2 codec.
Help needed urgently.
