Last time i had some same poblems and you told me to open the ports in the firewall and it worked. Now i want to use the new version of piiptv and had a old mediaportal version, so i updated it to make it work. But now (ports are still opend and the firewall is forwarting) it doesn't work anymore. Im trying to reinstall it all to see what happens.
