I think this comes because of my tv card. Can someone please tell me  if this pinnacle 300i is a software encoding or hardware encoding card?????? Maybe if bought a haupage or something that it would work better???? It does work do but when i put tv guide on while watching full screen tv it's starts to shock and the system get's so slow.
