MediaPortal Version: 0.2.2 Windows Version: Windows XP Professional SP2 CPU Type: Intel Celeron 3.2GHz Memory: 1 GB Video Card: NVidia 6200 something Sound Card: Integrated, AC97 ??? 1. TV Card: Pinnacle PCTV Hybrid Pro PCI (PCTV 310i) I just bought the card in subject. I can successfully use it with Included Pinnacle Media Center (ver. 4.5) but I do not like this SW. I'd better have Media Portal. After installation I a known error: No capture card found. I downloaded suggested DBA driver from Pinnacle, but it says: "You do not have Windows XP Media Center. Cannot install." I searched this forum and found a lot of tips on getting this card work. But the information are a little "inconsistent". I'd be really glad, if some could help me with it. My goal is to have only Media Portal (I plan to uninstall the Pinnacle thing after I make it run). 1. Do I really nead the extra driver from Pinnacle to run Media Portal with my card? Where to get it, when the original one is only for Windows Media Center? 2. Do I need to do some modifications to the CaptureCardDefinitions.xml? Can you give me complete listing for all the parts (analog, DVB, radio)? Thanks a lot. Tom
