Pinnacle PCTV pro not working (1 Viewer)

Hello,
I'm trying to get MP working on my PC. I have installed the latest drivers, updates and everything but when I start the TV-option in MP I get a "unable to create graph" error, so no TV-image.
System: MP version 0.2.2.0, Pinnacle PCTV pro tunercard, Windows XP pro + SP2 + all updates, etc. I can configure the TV-card in the setup, add channels, set EPG, etc. It just won't show the TV-image.....

Can anybody give me a hint on what to do?

The Pinnacle PCTV pro tunercard is a s/w encoding card
s/w cards are not supported yet by the tvserver.
You can use the good old normal MP tvengine which should work

Dear Frodo,
thanx for your answer. I installed an MPEG encoder and got the TV-picture!! Now the problem is that the sound is about 1 sec. ahead of the picture.... probably fixable somewhere with an adjustment.... can you give me a hint where I can adjust that??

I have the same problem, how exactly did you solve it ? I installed ffd show and hoped it would help, but, still nothing...
