Solved:

Changed codec from cyberlink audio decoder to MPA filter and Tv is back on.

I can confirm this problem.

Preview on server side works OK but when select channel in MP client timeshifting starts but there's no picture and TV stops (clean windows xp installation).

Other MP installation (same PC old windows installation) works OK with same build.
