Playing directly from newsserver (1 Viewer)

Im wondering if such a plugin already exists.

My idea was to play a movie (divx..etc) while it is still downloading from a newsserver.

If there isn't such a plugin im thinking of creating one myself.

The basic idea would be:
Import a nzb. (In a later stage download nzb or even search in binaries)
Start movie after first article has been downloaded.
To make it complete it should also have to possibility to repair downloads.

This is just an idea dont hesitate to add your thoughts to it.

But if you could add ftp support to it, damn that would be nice.

I don't think adding ftp support would be that difficult.
Will note it on my "roadmap"

So it will download first rar file and then start playing it,
In background it will continue to download file.

Wow, do you think that would be possible?
I have realy missed this feature.

And then it could be nice if its possible to setup that it should keep the movie
And throw all the Rar files away.

That should be a config setting (or a setting per download) to keep the movie.
And also where to put it after its been downloaded.
I came with this idea after playing with nzbplayer which downloads the first rar and then starts playing.

That would be great. Just wish you could adjust when the video would play. Some times the tubes are clogged.
