Playing DVD disks? (1 Viewer)

Hi all

Im having a problem with DVD playback.

When i insert a DVD it auto starts, in the background with windows 7 media player while MePo is at the top. When this happens i lose the ability to control playback or anything related to the DVD.

Why do DVD disks get played by windows 7 media player and why are they not played directly in MePo?

I did that now when i insert the DVD and select play disk it asks me to insert a disk.

Should it Auto play?

Should it play inside MePo?

Surely I'm missing something basic here.

As I'm running 1.3 beta, I followed you're advice but still, if i insert a DVD MePo does nothing.

Am i supposed to disable auto play in windows as well ( I have )

Have you checked in "MP Config -> Plugins" if Play Disc and Videos are enabled?

Yes play disks is enabled but I've disabled videos as I'm using moving pictures

Hi both are enabled, this is very frustrating.
