Playing DVD oscillating line (1 Viewer)

Hi,
when I choose to play a DVD I get a round ball oscillating on the right side middle of the screen. I am able to play the dvd but this ball is present on the screen.

How do I get rid of it.

Any help or suggesting is much appreciated.
