    Hi all,

I've had this in the past and fixed it, but can't remember how! :(

When I start a movie, the screen shrinks horizontally, and then after that vertically.

After that the screen is fine.

Can someone remind me where the option is to turn off this "feature"?

    Thanks,

    J. :D

    Hi there,

No one else have this problem or know where the setting might be?

It is purely when the movie starts, black vertical borders appear and increase until they meet in the center of the screen, then the same happens with horizontal borders.

It is like some fancy special effect. Only does it once for vertical and then horizontal.

I have tried playing the movie through graph studio, and it does not do it then.

So it looks like its specific to MePo.

I've had a look for any settings, but can't find anything.

    Thanks,

    J.

I had the same experience and after reboot of MP, it disappeared for a while (to reappear again some time later)
But I do not have this problem anymore since a few weeks.
I don't now if that was before or after I installed the final 1.1.

Furthermore FFdshow has a setting for it, see automatiic cropping.

    Succes,
    Ben
