However when I fast foward  its very sluggish (compared to playing the file from the local HD) and eventually the image stops moving but the counter continues. Then when I press play is contiues playing at the forwarded part. Why is there such a slow down? My MP box is the only one connected to my router and its only about 75' between the two.
