[Approved] playlistcontrol should respect skinsetting <spinCanFocus> (1 Viewer)

MediaPortal has never taken the attribute <spinCanFocus> into account when dealing with a playlist.

This behaviour is inconsistent and is fixed with this patch to GUIPlayListItemListControl.cs.

Patch against SVN 27393 attached.
