please help for add utf-8 to dvb-epg (1 Viewer)

i save save info ,look like the name is ,multilingual_service_name_descriptor(0x5D)
is the mediaportal is unicode ,or ucs2 ,utf-8?
look like is in there ,please help to add if you is a programmer,i am not..
