This is strange. I built a system with Vista Ultimate and MP 1.0.2 and the Streamed MP skin. I got a warning about Vista not being supported, okay. I got another warning when installing Streamed that I had an old version of MP and things might not work right. I installed ffdshow, DivX, AC3 Filter, PowerDVD9, and Daemon Tools Lite. I had hundreds of movies and TV shows in all kinds of formats: vob, H264, mpeg, mp3, iso, Xvid, DivX, etc. They all played. But then I was getting missing text from the menu, like the word "Movies" would be missing in "Watch Your Movies". So I figured it had something to do with the program incompatibilities. So I decided to take the plunge and rebuild the system. NEW SYSTEM I reformatted to XP Pro, Service Pack 3, ran all updates. I installed MP 1.1.0 Beta, no warnings. I installed all the same codecs and installed Streamed MP. Absolutely zero files will play. They all get an error showing the codecs in the file. So I uninstalled 1.1.0 Beta and installed 1.0.2 again. Still nothing will play. The codecs I'm using are (in order): Cyberlink Video/SP Decoder (PDVD9) DivX H264 Decoder AC3 Filter DivX AAC Decoder Have I missing something obvious? Please advise.
