I should also point out that I originally bought the Dvico card mentioned in the early post and it was terrible. Since it's really two USB tuners built on a USB expansion card you may have issues when using hibernat/suspend.
I ended up buying the DigitalNow card to replace the Dvico P.o.s...

Yes I agree. Going to dump this DVICO c**p.

Under MP in-built TV Engine, I did manage to get it to work, but every now and then, I'd "lose" one or both of the tuners. They would show up in device manager with a yellow exclamation mark. The only thing that would fix it was a complete power down.

I've just migrated to TV server, and something similar is happening. This time, the hardware in device manager looks ok, but one of the tuners (usually the second one) is basically dead. I don't know what causes it, but the result is "can't build graph" when MP tries to change to a channel on it, and a restart of the system fixes it.

yeah, I would get similar behaviour.
I'd be watching TV then would hear the USB device unplugged sound and would know trouble was comming.
Sometimes it would just keep pluggin and unplugging itself. A power cycle would usually help, but sometimes not.
It seems a lot more stable in the upstairs PC now. Let's hope I don't jinx muself...

The dvico you used, was it the green or the black board? (ie. green is rev 1, black is rev 2)

Also, what usb drivers are on your motherboard? I am trying to get mine going but not having much luck.

Does anyone have a suggestion when it comes to a DVB-T card that has WORKING analog inputs with MediaPortal (server)??
I want to be able to feed into Mediaportal from an external Sat set top box. I know it can be done, but I can't get Analog inputs working on my existing card.
Dual tuners would be nice, but not greatly important

    ANY suggestions welcome :)
