I'm badly desperate, so please I need your help ASAP. I've been using MediaPortal with same system specs from 0.2.3.0 (more than 2 years ago, with no problem (out of little bugs, resolved with newer versions). Three weeks ago, I decided to some upgrades in my system: - Upgrade AirStar2 driver from 4.5.0 to 4.5.0a. - Upgrade MP from 1.0.1 to 1.0.2. - Upgrade Nvidia drivers to 185.85. After these upgrades, I get random system freezes (strange, I can't use the system, but mouse moves, and PC responds to ping from other machines) and I must reset. Problem is located at TV-Server, because if I disable AirStar2 in config, I can use MediaPortal with no problem, and if I connect to TV-Server from a client machine, system hangs the same way. Also If I'm not using MP, but have configured to retrieve DVB EPG, system hangs doing just this job. BTW, I can use AirStar2 with no problem with soft bundled with card drivers (DVBViewer TE), and other soft I've got (TSReader and DVBViewer Pro). I've tried: - Roll back AirStar2 upgrade. Also go back to 4.4.1 drivers, used for more than one year with no problems. - Roll back MP to 1.0.1. - Complete uninstall of MP (last option from installer) and fresh new 1.0.2 installation. - Roll back NVidia drivers (before I realized it was a problem of TV-Server). I can't use any system restore point, because I did so many changes before thinking about this possibility, that there's no available restore point before original upgrades. :( Obviously it's a problem in my side, but I don't really know how to debug it, because system just freezes, and I can't see any log that helps me (neither in MP / TV-Server, not in System logs). How do you think I could debug this problem? Thank you. Edit: I'll possibly have new TV-Card in a couple of days, so I will be able to see if it's a matter of TV-Server & AirStar2, or just TV-Server, no matter what card (I hope the first option). [/QUOTE]
