That happened with my video card too. those cheep fans go pretty quick. I just removed the screws that held in the fan cover and took the fan right out and threw it in the trash. Of course, my video card is an FX5200 so its fine to run it passively with just a heat spreader - Running a 6600 GTOC may be a bit harder to do without underclocking/undervolting it.

lol the card runs at about 55oC with a fan, so without i'd expect it would prolly melt lol. Its a great card tho, love it so much. When the 8 series geforce cards come down in price i might buy a new card, but till then this card plays all the newest games at high detail which is nice.

personally I like optical audio out from mother board to my audio receiver its a big difference in sound quality.

rest looks excellent.

I don't have HTPC case but I am looking for one.
