[Please test] Probably fixed those timeshifting issues introduced lately (1 Viewer)

Hi, i hope to have fixed the timeshifting issues that appeared lately, were no sound or picture was presented.
Please try the latest snapshot for TVEngine3 Revision 16687.
Somehow the changelog entry did not make to the post (probably christmas holiday ).
So although there is now changelog entry it's worth a try.
Please test and report back

I have tried SVN 16693 and the issues I was having with with no sound/picture on some channels when starting MyTV and now solved and TV (DVB-S) works fine for me again.

There seems now be a issues with TV3 which means I will have to drop back 16617 till the plugins get updated.
