Plugin and skin configs crashing outside of MP Config program (1 Viewer)

Ever since I upgraded to 160.0 Pre Release, any plugin (such as MP-TVSeries) or skin that has a config program that can be run externally will crash unless it is run from MP Configuration program with the following error.
