Plugin ID number (1 Viewer)

Hi!

This maybe a silly question, but I have to ask

I'm presently reading up on how to write a plugin, and in the example we have GetID which is a get/set. The comment says that we must give a unique ID for the plugin. But is there a list of already used ID #? What would happen if two plugins use the same?
