Plugin Installation help (1 Viewer)

ok i'm relatively new at the this. I've gotten the my trailers and mp tv series plugins to work fine, but am having trouble with a few other ones...I'm not sure exactly what i'm doing wrong and i've tried putting the files i've downloaded from the plugin in various folders with no luck

first is ShowTimes Plugin Suite V2 (2009/12/30)

Updated MTSA (4.9.1 - 2009.12.30)
with this i get folder with
mtsa.exe


Updated Plugins (2.4.1 - 2009.10.10)
With this i get a folder having

SkinningDocumentation.pdf
showtimes.mpi
Mediaportal Showtimes Plugins Suite.pdf

Can anyone help with a little direction as to where to put these files exactly and if I need any other files not in that package...I have a few other plugin questions but i'll wait til I get this one setup first, thanks
