I've just installed the plugin, but can't seem to get anything to show up under videos. From the logs, I can see that's connected to my media browser installation:

But when I navigate to videos, there's nothing in there. Any suggestions?

Ok, figured it out. I wasn't aware of "classic home" vs "basic home" in mediaportal. It only shows up in classic home. Is there any plans to show it in basic home. Seems to be the default for 1.8 (version I'm using). Another question. Is is possible to go straight into "all movies" without going through the menu inbetween?

Hi, I'm a mediabrowser user looking for a live tv backend that can support ci cards and one that has been discussed is mediaportal. I use dvblink at present but it's a bit of a convoluted route going through wmc to serve the streams to mediabrowser. I was wondering, whether you had thought of developing a plugin to directly integrate mediaportal into mb3? I know there are a lot of users that would be interested in this.

Hi there,

That plugin should be developed from the MediaBrowser end (and not by the Mediaportal guys), such that there is a MediaBrowser plugin to support TVServer (as there is for WMC)

Might be best to post on the MB forum (if you haven't already)
