Just installed MySQL 5.6.12 and now I can confirm this issue

 

So for now I can only recommend to stick with MySQL 5.5 and wait for a fix. The problem is, that we would need to shorten the "Path" column only to fit for MySQL unique-index-key-length limit, which is not really good.

 

Maybe we should put more effort into full SqlLite support...
