I really like my htpc with mediaportal and appreciate the wide use of those wonderful plugins like 'moving pictures'.
However, there doesn't seem to be a plugin thats merging the communication features of icq into mediaportal.
That's why I have to make the following request:
Is it possible to programm a plugin that uses the instant messaging programm Miranda IM (http://www.miranda-im.org) and add its functionality into mediaportal? Miranda itself is a open source programm and highly customiseable through the use of skins and plugins.
In my opinion this would be great, though I could chat with my friends while watching my favourite series. ;-)
I hope any of you - with some programming skills - likes the idea, like I do and wants to program it for this community.
Unfortunaly I simply can't, because I never learned to code.
